Misti owns Get Floored Epoxy outright and she is personally involved in every project the company takes on. Call the number on this page and you are talking to her.
She came to epoxy from a laboratory. She worked as a Laboratory Technician and Production Lead at the historic Uniroyal factory in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and when she moved back South and found epoxy flooring, she spent three months researching it before she committed to it. Then she went to Houston in 2023 and trained professionally. She also founded Clearly Buckin' Clean in Bossier City in 2020, and it is still running today, so she knows exactly what a surface has to survive.
Misti was born in La Grange, Texas, and her father's family is from Columbia, Louisiana, where her grandfather made his living as a commercial fisherman on the Ouachita River. In August 2025 she brought Get Floored Epoxy home to the Shreveport and Bossier City area. She is a second-year Corporate Sponsor of the Krewe of Centaur and a member of the Home Builders Association of Northwest Louisiana, and she is passionate about proving that women can succeed in traditionally male-dominated industries.
